Your household's shared spending, on one transparent book

Each partner pays for shared costs from their own wallet — and by month’s end nobody remembers who covered what. Sổ Nhà records who paid, the whole family sees one picture, and it works out who is ahead.

Frequently asked

Is it free?

The current version is completely free. A one-time Pro plan for larger households or multiple books may come later — announced in-app in advance, with nothing changing for existing users.

Who in the family can see my transactions?

Every member of the same household, by role (Owner / Member / Viewer). Sổ Nhà is a shared book — transparency within the family is the point. No one outside the household sees anything.

Do I need to link a bank account?

No. You enter transactions yourself. The app does not request access to bank accounts, does not read your messages, and asks for no unnecessary permissions.

Where is my data stored?

On Google Firebase infrastructure, in the Singapore region, encrypted in transit. You can delete your whole account and data at any time (Settings → Delete account). Details in the Privacy Policy.

Is there an iPhone version?

Android for now (closed testing). An iOS version is in the works.

How is this different from other expense apps?

Most expense trackers are designed for one person. Sổ Nhà is shared-first: every entry has a payer, there’s contribution balancing between members, and a separate debt ledger kept out of income/expense.
