Terms of Use — Sổ Nhà
This is an English translation for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Vietnamese version prevails.
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading, registering for or using the Sổ Nhà app (the "app"), you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email and are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- Each account belongs to one individual; do not share accounts.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Household space and roles
- The person who creates a household is the Owner, with full control: managing members, categories, budgets, and all transactions.
- A Member can add/edit/delete their own transactions.
- A Viewer can only view, not edit.
- The Owner can invite, change roles, or remove members. Data within a household is shared among that household's members.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the app for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to access another household's data; (c) probe/attack invite codes or infrastructure; (d) interfere with, reverse-engineer, or overload the system; (e) upload content that violates the law or others' rights into the notes field.
5. Your content
You retain rights to the data you enter. You grant us the right to store and process that data solely to operate the app for you and your household (see the Privacy Policy).
6. Paid plans (if any)
- All features are currently free. If a paid plan is introduced later, its description, price and billing cycle will be updated in this section and announced in the app before it takes effect.
- Payment and renewal are handled by the App Store / Google Play under their terms. Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel in the App Store / Google Play subscription management.
- Refunds follow App Store / Google Play policy. We do not process refunds directly.
- We may change pricing or plan contents; changes will be announced in advance and apply to the next billing period.
7. Not financial advice
The app is only a tool for recording and tracking spending. Content in the app, including any aggregate features, warnings or (in the future) AI-generated suggestions, is not financial, investment, accounting or legal advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.
8. AI features (when available)
If you enable AI features, some of your household's spending data may be sent to a language-model provider to generate responses. You will be informed and must consent before enabling this. AI output may be inaccurate; verify it yourself.
9. Service "as is"
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost. Back up important data yourself (using the export feature when available).
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tahonest is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app, including data loss.
11. Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the system and other users.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
